Bookings made through our website can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours prior to the day of arrival, except those made for certain special dates for which there is no refund in case of cancellation or no-show.

When making a reservation for non-special dates, you will be asked to pay the first night's stay, which will be refunded in case of cancellation within the deadline.

On the other hand, for stays on non-refundable dates (special dates), you will be asked to pay for the entire stay at the time of booking. This amount is non-refundable.

These prices do not include the tourist tax, only the accommodation.
