**GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR ONLINE BOOKING AT HOTEL TAHITÍ PLAYA AND SUITES**
All users must be 18 years of age or over and have the legal capacity necessary to contract the services offered on this website. The online booking service is for the purpose of booking rooms for the dates required at Hotel Tahití Playa & Suites. Use of this service entails the acceptance of all the terms and conditions contained in these General Conditions.
You must use truthful data when making a booking. Your personal information will be handled according to current legislation.
Prices and booking conditions are specified on this website.
Offers are valid for the specified time period.
VAT is included in the booking price. Any other charge or tax that may arise as a result of the accommodation must be paid at the Hotel/Apartment.
Once all booking steps have been processed, the user will receive an email confirming the booking. This will be the confirmation voucher and must be presented at the hotel/apartment upon arrival.
**ONLINE BOOKING CONDITIONS**
Credit card is the usual payment method for processing your booking on this website. Although payment by bank transfer is also accepted in certain cases, this option cannot be processed by means of this website.
If you wish to pay by credit card, your card must be recognized by our system. Because the Hotel Tahití Playa & Suites has your security in mind, it will under no circumstances keep the data from this card.
Should you not hold a credit card recognized by our system, we request that you contact us by calling 0034 93 7032200.
To formalize the booking The guest will be charged a prepayment of 30% of the total price in the 7 days before arrival.
This payment method is only possible with 10 or more days’ notice before arrival at the Hotel Tahití Playa & Suites. Furthermore, this form of payment cannot be processed on this website. Kindly call 0034 93 7032200, where you will be informed of the steps to follow. You can also contact us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org for Hotel Tahití Playa & Suites.
If you would like to give somebody a gift in the form of a night or nights at the Hotel/Apartment, please call us on 0034 93 7032200 or email email@example.com for Hotel Tahití Playa & Suites to process the booking.
The hotel reserves the right to consider your reservation a “no show” if you arrive at the hotel/apartment later than 8:30 p.m. WITHOUT PREVIOUS NOTICE. This means the amount paid to date will not be refunded.
**MODIFICATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY:**
**Non refundable fees:**
On non-refundable reservations, changes or cancellations are not allowed. 100% of the reservation to the credit card provided will be charged. No modification or cancellation refunds will be made.
Should you wish to modify or cancel the booking, you must communicate this by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by faxing 0034 93 7032209.
If the cancellation is received 7 days or more before your scheduled arrival, the hotel/apartment will issue a full credit card refund, provided this is your chosen payment method, with cancellation fees charged to your account.
If the cancellation is received 6 days or less before your scheduled arrival or you fail to appear on the day of arrival, the paid amount will be retained as a cancellation fee.
In the event that Hotel Tahití Playa & Suites communicates the cancellation of a booking for reasons of force majeure, understood as an extraordinary and unforeseeable event or circumstance beyond the party’s control, which could not have been avoided despite due care, the booking will be cancelled and the customer forfeits any right to a claim for compensation. Should such a circumstance arise, you will be informed by email where possible.
