- The use of this web site is done at your ow risk. Therefore, Hotel Tahiti Playa & Suites Will not be responsible for any loss, harm, or damage, direct or indirect, special or causal, in any form connected with or that result from the use of this web site or any information from Hotel Tahiti Playa & Suites.
- Hotel Tahiti Playa & Suites only responds for the truth of the information of its own elaboration.
PRIVACY POLICY
- By filling out the Reservation form, each holder authorizes Hotel Tahiti Playa & Suites to use and process in an automated manner the personal data supplied for the purpose of making the Reservation and guaranteeing the solicited services.
- Hotel Tahiti Playa & Suites guarantees the confidentiality of the personal data of its users according to the Spanish regulations od data protection regarding third parties. Nonetheless, the personal data available Will be revealed if so, required by the competent Authority in accordance with current law.
GENERAL CONTRACTING CONDITIONS
- All users must be adults (over 18 years old) and have the legal capacity necessary to contract the services offered in this web site.
- In order to contract the offered services, the user DOES NOT need to register as a client but should provide some essential data for his/her identification and the making of the Reservation. The information supplied needs to be true, complete, and concise.
- By following the instructions on the web page, you make a Booking and confirm the dates indicated therein, as well as the number of rooms, number of guests and the meal plan. You also agree to the price and conditions specifically set on the web site. The Price of the Booking includes V.A.T. Any other fee or tax that is due from the Lodging, as well as any additional or optional services that are not contracted by the booking system of the Hotel Tahiti Playa & Suites shall be paid directly in the Hotel.
PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION POLICIES
EXTRA FLEX RATE
- PAYMENT. 30% of the total reservation must be paid between 15 and 25 days before scheduled arrival. The rest of the reservation value upon arrival at the Hotel.
You will receive an email (sender TPVVirtual@redsys.es on behalf of the Hotel Tahiti Playa & Suites) with the link that will allow you to make the 30% payment to guarantee your reservation. The link automatically expires in 24 hours. The Tahiti Playa & Suites Hotel may cancel your reservation in the event of missing payment.
- CANCELLATION. You can cancel your reservation within the period indicated in your reservation. If you cancel the reservation within that period, you are guaranteed a refund of the amount paid.
- CANCELLATION FEES. If you cancel the reservation after this period (14 hours a day), the amount paid (30% of the total reservation) will be charged as cancellation fees.
NO SHOW. The Hotel Tahiti Playa & Suites maintains the right to consider your booking as a NO SHOW if you arrive after 11:59pm and without previous notice. The amount paid Will not be refunded.
MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS
- The client can request the cancellation or modification of his/her booking through email ( reservas2@tahitiplaya.com) or by telephone (0034 93 703 22 00).
- All modification requests are subject to the Hotel´s availability and can lead to fee adjustments, according to the prices valid at the moment the request is made.
- Modifications and cancellations are admitted until 24 hours (except for FLEX fees) before the scheduled arrival.
- In the event that Hotel Tahití Playa & Suites communicates the cancellation of a booking for reasons of force majeure, understood as an extraordinary and unforeseeable event or circumstance beyond the party’s control, which could not have been avoided despite due care, the booking will be cancelled, and the customer forfeits any right to a claim for compensation. Should such a circumstance arise, you will be informed by email where possible.
